As the dawn of the digital age spread across the deep green bayous of Louisiana, two women shared a common vision of a healthy, thriving entertainment industry with a well-trained professional workforce, sustained level of production, self-generated financing, and culture of excellence.

These Louisiana natives learned their craft in Hollywood but wanted to live and work in Louisiana.

Armed with more than half a century of experience in the entertainment industry and the support of many friends around the world, these entrepreneurs established Emerald Bayou Studios, dedicated to production, training and meeting the creative challenges of the future of entertainment.
