Having held positions at companies like United Artists, Norman Lear's Act III Productions, and HBO Pictures, Linda is proficient in business affairs, administration, contract negotiations, and interactive technology.

As president of EBS, her many responsibilities include overseeing the company's 6 sister companies, business affairs, as well as coordinating the research and development of distribution and technology. Marquetta Cheeks is co-owner and President of Emerald Bayou Studios. Her 31-year career spans film, television and music working in Los Angeles and New York. Beginning her career with Richard Pryor and working for major companies like WARNER BROS. (film, television, and records) and INTERSCOPE FILMS. She is proficient in film and television production, music production, contract negotiations, budget administration, project development, promotion, marketing and publicity. Marquetta is skilled at managing and coordinating multiple projects for companies (CBS, RCA, Arista Records) with large crews (NAACP Image Awards - Halle Berry, Denzel Washington, Jay Leno) and film budgets up to $100 million (What Dreams May Come).

A native of Louisiana, Marquetta graduated from prestigious Southern University in Baton Rouge with a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism. Being a trained musician with a love for the creative arts and a passion for film it was only natural that Marquetta would pursue a successful career in the entertainment industry. more

Over the last 20 years, through her consulting practice, Unlimited Consulting, she has assisted corporations and law firms through challenges relating to business strategy, practice group efficiencies-improved client relationships/cross-marketing, organizational/leadership development, succession planning, and cultural integrations. She has consulted for law firms such as Labaton Sucharow LLP, Milberg Weiss Bershad Hynes & Lerach LLP and Fortune 100 companies Hewlett-Packard, Xerox, and Sprint, as well as numerous closely held businesses. Her nationally recognized clients include the California Institute of Technology, American Medical Association, and California Highway Patrol. She is currently the host of the weekly LA TalkRadio show "Business with Heart".

Brown, a sixteen-year veteran of the real estate and construction industries, has experience in overseeing acquisitions and renovation projects for GDC as well as brokering opportunities for other investors. He is currently involved in the development of commercial and residential projects in the Midwest and Gulf Region. In addition, Brown has 13 years of experience in the entertainment industry doing lighting and sound for Universal Studios, ABC and CBS television including the hit TV shows "Murder She Wrote" and "Moonlighting". Sandra Thompson Herman is Executive Director of Studio Development for Emerald Bayou Studios. Sandra has achieved success as a public servant and business owner. She spearheaded the creation of Louisiana Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism and served as its first cabinet-level Secretary. Mrs. Herman was Executive Director of the Atchafalaya Basin Program and Louisiana's Beautification Program, and President of Louisiana Women's Political Caucus and Capital Area Network. She also founded and operated a transportation company for the oil industry and was named President of Women Business Owners of Louisiana. She served on the Cultural Economy Task Force of Transition New Orleans and the Board of Baton Rouge Area Chamber. Mrs. Herman has received numerous awards including the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Louisiana Center for Women and Government, Louisiana Women in Business Advocate of the Year by U.S. Small Business Administration, and Trailblazer for Women by Louisiana Women. Ms. Herman received her MBA from Louisiana State University.

V. Thomas Clark, Jr. is a partner at Adams and Reese, LLP. For the past 20 years Mr. Clark has been actively involved in the development of the film and entertainment industry in Louisiana. Mr. Clark represents various producers, directors, screenwriters and providers of ancillary services to the industry. He currently serves as General Counsel for Louisiana Entertainment Industries Association, a trade association established to represent the coalesced interests of the entertainment industry, and Right Quick Productions, LLC, an organization focused on producing documentaries and curricula detailing educational issues, as well as providing applied arts education to young people. Mr. Clark serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Louisiana Endowment for the Humanities, and chairs its Nominating Committee. In 1990, Mr. Clark received his Juris Doctorate from Paul M. Hebert Law Center of Louisiana State University, and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Louisiana State University in 1986.
